Inquiries, either about prices or about projects,  through phone calls, emails, messages are taken in officially. For service accuracy, we typically need the following information about your project:

1. The complete information of the project: Project Name, Location, Time Schedule…etc. The more information is provided, the more precise our proposals can be.
2. The needed scope of work: outline project requirements, timeline, quantities(or will be proposed by us), etc. The more information you provide, the more precise our proposal can be.
3. Typically, we will hand out our first draft drawings within 7 days together with FOB quotation.

Meanwhile, you may go through our videos posted on the website. Videos consists of product introduction, assemble instruction, and some other short Videos from sites.

For bridge segment shape systems, our monthly production capacity is around 6000T. All projects have the case-by-case nature needless to say. Therefore, the exact lead time is subject to the complexity of the shapes, work scope, and the availability our production schedule. We offer typically what other shapes manufacturers would offer: project evaluations, general consultations, with only one exception: all these works are worked by 60 design members team plus a 270 workmen. Our proposal are offered with thoroughness, precision, and experience. Absolutely it is not a one-man’s work.

On general, we offer one year’s quality warranty. In addition, we do provide on-site engineering services for shapes assemble and shapes removal instruction and consults base on request.
